CANNIBAL CREEPER By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Hey there horror fans who are addicted to our blog and search for "Sasha Slaughter naked" on the Internet (Ok, so I kinda stole that from Zane <3). Sasha Slaughter here with you, and no, I'm not naked...sorry to disappoint. Anyway! Today I'll be seducing your peepers with a review of the 1972 film Raw Meat.

It was written and directed by Gary Sherman. And here's something you may or may not know, the film was originally called Death Line but it was distributed as Raw Meat in the United States. And I've got one more nugget of info to share with you! This movie is a take on a gruesome urban legend from the British Isles. Legend has it that it was based on a family that was forced into cannibalism and liked it. They became insular (living on an island) because of their cannibalistic ways and because they were insular, they also became inbred as well. Ewwww!  Enough about inbred, let’s talk about the movie.

In 1892 a group of workers got trapped under the streets of London after a tunnel cave in. They are forced to survive on their own. The company they were working for went bankrupt and couldn't afford to dig the bodies out, so they were abandoned. The survivors, four men and four women, were forced to live off of the flesh of their dead. And now that they have all died, the sole descendant of the survivors resurfaces to satisfy his appetite for the living.

James Manford, a respected politician is walking around town checking out various peep shows. He's at the train station on his way home when he tries to proposition a hooker. She gets upset that he wont pay her until she services him and kicks him in the nads and runs. Manford is trying to recover when he sees something and starts to panic.

Later on Patricia and her American boyfriend Alex are getting off of the train when they find the politician on the stairs of the train station. Patricia insists that they help him and Alex believes the man is drunk and wants to leave him. They find a constable and tell him about the man on the stairs. Alex takes the constable to the check on the man but when they get there the man is gone.

Back at the station, Rogers and Calhoun are talking about the train station and how the tunnel caved in 1892 and the bodies were never recovered because the company went bankrupt and couldn't afford to dig them out. They notice a pattern of people going missing in the same train station as Manford and want to know more. Back at the tunnels, in the train station, a diseased riddled creeper is kneeling above his sick mate. He knows something is wrong so he takes Manford's body and slits his throat so she can drink his blood.

In the train station Patricia is waiting for the next train with her suitcase when she decides to go back to Alex. As she is getting on the train to go back to Alex, the creepers mate dies and he freaks out and leaves the tunnels. He finds people in the station and they try to fight them off. The creeper splits a mans head open with a shovel and impales another with a broom handle. He drags the third man off to his home in the tunnels.

Calhoun and Rogers are called early in the morning and told about the murders in the train station. They arrive at the morgue and inspect the bodies of the two men attacked and killed. They are told that one is missing and that there is a possible fourth man because they recovered blood on the handle of the broom that didn't belong to either of the two victims. Calhoun decides to ask Alex to come back for further questioning about Manford and when he doesn't hear what he wants, he quickly dismisses him. One of the doctors from the morgue calls Calhoun shortly after Alex leaves to tell him that they are sure that there was a fourth man in the train station and that they tested his blood and found that the man has the plague and is very sick.

Alex and Patricia are getting off a train after a date and Patricia leaves her books on the train. Alex runs into the train to get them when the doors close. She tells him that she will meet him at home. As she starts to leave the station the creeper comes up behind her and drags her into the tunnels. When Alex returns home to an empty apartment, he immediately knows that something is wrong.

Patricia wakes up and realizes she is locked away in a room. She sees rats all around her and starts screaming. The creeper comes into the room and kills and bites some of the rats while Patricia hides under a table. He drags her out and lays her on a make shift bed. He tries to calm her down and hug her when she hits him and then runs away.

Meanwhile back at the train station Alex gets off of the train and decides to explore the tunnels in search of Patricia. He eventually finds her and tries to talk to her and touch her face but she keeps slapping his hands away and screaming. He gets frustrated that she won't cooperate so he rips her shirt (brief boob shot alert!!) and she starts to scream. The creeper runs away and Alex hears Patricia's screams and calls out to her. She keep calling for him to help her and he finds her laying on the ground. He goes to help her up when the creeper runs toward him and...
And then????? If you'd like to find that out, then mosey on over to Netflix and watch Raw Meat. I'm not really sure what to think of this movie. It was definitely strange. It was supposed to be gory, scary, and violent...but I didn't see much of that at all. The movie took forever to get even remotely interesting.

The first few minutes of the movie was some guy walking around looking into the camera while some cheesy porno music played. It sort of seemed irrelevant to the movie a little. In fact there where a few scenes that I thought were kind of that way but, what do I know?

There was some blood and a little gore, but I expected more. They made it sound a lot gorier in the description of the movie. There was a part in the tunnels where they showed a few bodies in various stages of decomposition, which I thought was cool. But there was also a part in the tunnels where they panned around the room for 10 minutes and all you heard was dripping water and what sounded like a heart beat. That was sort of annoying.

And the creeper was supposed to be a descendant of cannibals, well I really didn't see him eat anyone. I was sitting there thinking EAT SOMEONE ALREADY!! He had a bunch of dead bodies in his little tunnel home thinger, but it never really showed him eating anyone. He killed a few people, but I was waiting for him to eat them. I was sort of disappointed by the cannibal guy.

He acted too civilized to be believable (He lit lanterns and cried). He was supposed to have been raised in the tunnels and I was kind of expecting someone a little more dumb. He couldn't talk and he did look really gross. They did an exceptional job on special effects of the sores and disease on the cannibals face. But that was best part about him, the way he looked. He was a drooling, disease infested freak...that didn't eat anyone. BOO!!

The best part of the movie was inspector Calhoun. He was a riot!! He was always bitching about wanting tea and when he got it he'd dig the tea bag out of his cup with a dart. It was too funny! He was really sarcastic and cynical and when he swore at someone, he whispered it. That made me laugh. Overall I'd give Raw Meat a 2.5 out of 5. I was gonna give it a 2, but that inspector guy made me giggle, so I bumped up the score a little.
There was some cussing (but the guy whispered when he swore, which was funny) and an incredibly brief boob shot. Nothing special really. I doubt I'd watch this movie again. So now that I'm done here, you can go and see what Zane's got going on in his part of the world. I'm almost sure it might involve boobs or dingus, since I guess we need more of that...=). Thanks for stopping by Dead End Horror.

CHOP CHOP CHOP By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Well hey there!! Thanks for stopping by Dead End Horror!!! As you may or may not already know, this is random stuff week again, and we're doing whatever we feel like doing. Isn't that awesome?? Of course it is. Today I'll be reviewing, “ Butchered.” It was suggested to me by Zane because I needed a little direction =). I was a confused horror blogger!

So anyway, “Butchered” came out in 2010 and runs about 70 min. It's unrated and was directed by Charles Stewart Jr., Shaun O' Rourke, and Sheila Brothers. That’s about all I know about the production and whatnot, but let me tell you about the plot. Let’s do this!

When a group of teens decide to spend their last weekend on a remote island to say their final goodbyes before heading off to college, they get a little more than they bargained for. Little do they know convicted serial killer Terrance Skinner escaped from authorities while on death row in a maximum security prison. Skinner is referred to as "the butcher" due to the heinous way he killed his victims.

He would stock pile bodies in his family owned butcher shop and hack them into pieces. He had killed fourteen people before authorities caught up to him. And now that he's escaped he's taken cover on the very same island that the teens are headed for. It soon becomes a battle for the teens for survival against this unlikely foe.

Two policemen are chasing the butcher in the woods when he kills them and then escapes. A young woman named Kelly returns home to find her apartment door ajar but thinks nothing of it. She calls a friend to bitch about the fact that her boyfriend packed his stuff and moved out. She hears noises in her apartment and tells her friend she'd call back.

She checks all of the doors and finds her cat in one of the rooms. She calls her friend back and says it was only her cat when the butcher walks up behind her and kills her. Meanwhile, a bunch of college kids at a party are planning one last weekend together on a remote part of an island they used to hang out at. They want to get together one last time before college starts. Later that night on that same island, a man finds an axe in one of his boats and yells out for people to stop using his boathouse. Just then the butcher comes up behind him and kills him.

The next day Dylan gets his brother Brody to take him and his friends to the island to spend a few days there. They arrive at the island and set up their tents. They get to talking about the butcher and how he escaped from prison. Sam tells them that the police tracked him and he is thought to be around where they are.

After they finish talking about the butcher, they frolic on the beach for a while playing football and hanging out. Dawn sees her friend Chloe kiss Sam, whom she is interested in. She gets mad and storms off back to camp. When she arrives she finds the butcher going through everyone’s things. It only takes her moments to realize who he is and she starts running away. She falls in the sand (typical) and the butcher hits her in the head with a rock and drags her to another part of the island.

Sam and Chloe are getting ready to go at it when they hear Dawn scream. Chloe insists that they go try to find her. Sam says they'll go to the camp and get flashlights and go back. Just then the butcher walks up behind Chloe and throws an axe in her chest. Sam screams and runs away. He is hiding behind a tree when the butcher finds him and buries an axe into his stomach. Hope, Dylan, Jenna, and Trevor are getting worried about Sam and the girls so they decide to go looking for them on the island.

They decide to split up and Trevor and Hope run into the butcher shortly after. He tells Hope to run and go back to camp and find Jenna. Dylan finds the girls and tells them he's going to find Trevor. Trevor starts fighting the butcher and he kills Trevor with an axe and drags his dead body and puts it with the others.

Dylan goes back out to search for Trevor and stumbles across a pile of dead friends bodies. The butcher finds him and he runs. The butcher hears Hope and Jenna talking and heads in their direction. Dylan taunts him and calls him names and he throws an axe at Dylan. Meanwhile Hope is trying to reach Brody on Dylan's radio to tell him they need help. The butcher finds Hope and Jenna and...

And what?? What does the big bad butcher do??? Well I guess you should head on over to Netflix and watch Butchered to find out! This movie was ok. I wasn't crazy about it. The acting was totally over the top and at times so fake. And I don't know if it was Netflix or my computer, but the video quality was total shit! It was all blurry. Boo to that!!

There was a good amount of blood I guess. Could have been more. The killings were semi-believable, but half of the time they didn't show them, which really irked me. They'd usually change scenes when someone was about to get offed. I wanna see death dammit!!!

Yeesh! There was some brief nudity, boobs within the first 10 minutes of the movie that is. And then in the opening credits it showed the butcher torturing some half naked girl and cutting off her nipples. Can I just say something for the whole female population??? OUCH!!!!!!!!

And another part I didn't like too much was all of the white kids talking like they're gangster. What is up with that?? Or maybe I was hearing things. Maybe it was some kind of accent, but jeez.

I gave “Butchered” a 2.5 out of 5. I didn't hate it but I didn't like it either. There’s a slight chance I'd watch this again, if I were incredibly bored and there wasn't a thing left to do in the world maybe. It is most definitely a B movie through and through. Now that I've shared my feelings with you, you can go on over and check out what Zane’s got on the slab. He want's you to look!!

WANNA GIVE ME A RIDE?? By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Hey there horror fans! Sasha Slaughter here with you for yet another week of randomness. Why another week of random stuff you ask? It's simple really. Our blog, our rules. Got it?? Now that we've got that straightened out, let's get to some horror huh??

Today I'll be reviewing Masters of Horror episode 11: “Pick Me Up.”  It was directed by Larry Cohen and stars Fairuza Balk. Does that name sound familiar? Yeah. She was one of the actresses from the movie, “The Craft.” Kick ass movie. Anyway, so let's get to it huh??

On a two-lane highway, two serial killers are in the middle of a turf war: One is named Wheeler (Who picks people up in his truck and kills them) and Walker ( A hitchhiker who murders anyone that gives him a ride.) And Stacia, who is recently divorced and trying to get away from her problems.  She ends up in a battle of wits with the two killers.

A transport bus breaks down and the passengers are worried. Stacia decides to walk to the motel 14 miles down the road while the rest of the passengers stay behind. A trucker pulls over and asks if anyone would like a ride. Two out of the four passengers accept and Deuce and his girlfriend Marie decide to stay behind with the bus driver. The driver takes them to a truck stop to eat and rest for a while.

Meanwhile back at the bus, a man named Walker appears from the woods and asks the bus driver for a ride. The bus driver tells him the bus is broken down and Walker asks if he would have given him a ride had the bus not been broken down. The bus driver tells him yes he would. Just then the bus driver sees a dead snake inside of Walker's coat. Walker tells him that everyone is afraid of snakes and then strangles the bus driver with the dead snake. Walker goes into the bus where Deuce and Marie are and shoots poor Deuce.

Back at the truck stop, a passenger named Birdie asks to see what’s in the back of Wheeler's truck. He takes her to the back and a few minutes later they show him locking the truck and saying "Bye bye Birdie". Wheeler and Danny are back in the truck when it cuts to a scene of Birdie hanging in the back of the truck with chains around her neck. They stop at the bus to see if the passengers are still there. They get there and can't find anyone. Danny finds it odd that everyone would leave without their luggage. Just then, he opens the second luggage compartment and finds Deuce and the bus driver dead inside.

Wheeler grabs Danny and puts his head under the door of the luggage compartment and slams it shut, decapitating him. The whole time this was happening, Walker was watching from the woods across from the bus. Wheeler hears Marie screaming and goes into the woods to find her tied to a tree, covered in barbed wire left to die. He tells her that he can't help her because she isn't his and walks away.

Walker flags down a van driven by  a stoner and his girlfriend. They offer him a ride. Shortly after he accepts the ride, Wheeler stops along the road and finds the body of the stoner with his throat slit. Meanwhile, Stacia found the motel and gets a room for the night.

Over in the next room, she can hear moaning and screaming so she tells them to keep it down. The scene then cuts to Walker and the stoner’s girlfriend. Lily, (the pot-heads girlfriend,) is tied to a bed, half naked and getting skinned alive. Wheeler pulls into the motel and gets a room next to Stacia's. She goes to the soda machine but it wont work and Walker appears out of nowhere and offers her a quarter and asks if he can fix anything in her room. She declines and is about to go back to her room when Wheeler appears. He asks her if she was with the bus that broke down and she asks how he knew that.

Wheeler and Walker realize that they have each been killing people that were from that same bus and a turf war had begun to get the rights to kill Stacia. She gets freaked out and goes back into her room. While in the bathroom she hears scratching noises on her window. Walker is outside using a knife on her window to try to get in. She gets scared and grabs her stuff and flees the room.

While walking along the road, Stacia stops to look at a billboard when Wheeler comes out from behind it. He tells her that he is a cop and offers her a ride in his truck. She accepts and he tells her that Walker is a poacher and likes to hurt people. He tells her to look in the glove compartment and everything will be explained. She leans down and he bangs her head against the dashboard and knocks her out.

She wakes up handcuffed and strapped in with the seatbelt. Wheeler is driving when he finds Walker standing in the middle of the road. He stops and Walker asks if he can have a ride. Wheeler tells him to get in and they begin playing head games with each other. They argue about who gets to kill Stacia and draw their guns, ready to kill Stacia and each other.

Stacia, who is sitting in the middle, uses her foot to slam on the brakes and Walker and Wheeler fly out of the windshield. They lie still for a few moments before getting up and trying to get to the cab to kill Stacia. They begin fighting each other for the rights to kill Stacia when the ambulance sirens sound. They both pass out and wake up in an ambulance. The EMT tells Wheeler he's lucky and he has a few broken bones and asks him about the gun. He tells the EMT he's innocent. Wheeler looks over and sees Walker beside him and starts freaking out and bitch slapping him. They finally calm down and Walker suggests how much fun they'd have with an ambulance and pulls out a knife. Just then the EMT plunges syringes full of air into their chests and....

Ohh I don't know!! Syringes full of air sounds like death to me, but what do I know??? If you wanna know what happens, go on ahead and watch Pick Me Up. I actually really liked this episode. Much better than the previous one, that's for sure.

There was some brief nudity (Just a little boob shot), a decapitation, a strangulation with a dead snake, and a chick getting skinned alive! What's not to like??? This was a great episode. A good bit more gory than most of the others. The acting was good, except for the truck driver guy. He just creeped me out!! His voice got on my nerves..it was soo annoying! Another thing I wasn't crazy about...The opening scene was a fucking sneaky, slithery snake. I will not lie, I shuddered when I saw that. It totally gave me the heebie jeebies!! I hate snakes!!

Minus some cool points for that! Overall I'd give Pick Me Up a 3.5 out of 5. The gore was just right, not too much and not too little. And the end surprised the hell out of me. Never saw it coming!!! I was definitely impressed with this episode. Now that you know how I feel, go check out Zane's favorite songs from horror movies!! Thanks for stopping by.

THE PERSON YOU ARE MARRYING IS A SERIAL KILLER By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Hello there faithful blog readers!! Sasha Slaughter here to bring you another dose of absolute randomness. Today I'll be reviewing Fear Itself Episode 5: In Sickness and in Health. It was written by Victor Salva and directed by John Landis and runs about 42 minutes. And if you've been paying attention you'd know that the series was created by Mick Garris and aired on NBC. Well know you know that, so let's get to it then shall we??

A bride to be learns from a mysterious note before her wedding ceremony that her soon to be husband is possibly a serial killer. Samantha and her bridesmaids Ruthie and Kelly are in the dressing room getting ready for the wedding. Samantha keeps asking them what everyone has been saying about her marrying Carlos so soon. They finally tell her that people have been saying that it's too early and that they're rushing into this.

Ruthie hands Samantha a note and tells her it was given to the Priest by a woman wearing a red scarf. Ruthie tells her that the Priest said it is to be given to Samantha right away. On her way to the bathroom Samantha reads it and the note simply reads "The person you are marrying is a serial killer". (Cue dramatic music) She goes into Carlo's dressing room to talk to him and to make sure that he wants to get married. He assures Samantha that he is ready. She doesn't say anything about the note and goes back to her dressing room.

She finds Ruthie and demands that she shows her the woman that gave the note to the Priest. They look for her in the church but can't find her so they go outside. As soon as they step outside they see the woman in the red scarf stepping into a cab. Ruthie keeps asking Samantha what the note said but she refuses to talk about it. She finishes getting ready and goes through with the wedding.

During the ceremony, Ruthie and Kelly keep giving Carlos strange looks. After the wedding was over, Samantha goes back into the dressing room to get ready for the reception. Ruthie and Kelly are asking her about the note but Samantha starts freaking out and kicks them out of the dressing room and tells them to forget about the note. A few moments later she hears someone pounding on her dressing room door. She opens the door but no one is there.

She hears something fall and break down the hall but she can't see anyone. Just then the woman with the red scarf runs and hides behind a door. Samantha runs into the priest and asks him about the person who gave him the note. He tells her he doesn't remember who it is and offers to escort her to the reception.

She declines and says she has to make a phone call. She tries to call someone but the call won't go through. Carlos is hiding in the alley watching Samantha and follows her in the woods to the reception. She asks Carlo's uncle about Carlo's parents and he tells her that they disappeared when Carlos was 16 but Carlos won't talk about it with anyone.

Just then Carlos appears and gets defensive about Samantha talking to his uncle. He tells his uncle he better not be telling tales and then takes Samantha away. He questions her about why her bridesmaids keep giving him the dirty looks and he tells her to start acting like she's happy about being his wife.

Samantha leaves the reception and goes into the church to call her brother, who didn't come to the wedding. She leaves a message telling him that she thinks she made a mistake by marrying Carlos so quickly and that something happened that scared her. Ruthie and Kelly find her in the church while she is in the middle of leaving the message. After Samantha finishes, Ruthie tells her she is going to tell Carlos what she thinks of him and storms out of the church.

Samantha follows Ruthie and finds her at the reception yelling at Carlos. Ruthie is in the middle of telling him that Samantha got a note but Samantha won't tell her what it says. Samantha tells Ruthie to stop and go to the reception. Carlos accuses Ruthie and Kelly of being jealous bitches and leaves. Meanwhile, Carlo's uncles keep looking at each other and smiling. Sam follows Carlos to the church. She asks him if he's ok and Carlos tells her that Ruthie told him about a note that Samantha got. She denies ever getting it and then asks if there is anything he wants to tell her. He starts laughing and tells her not to be afraid. Samantha grabs a candlestick and Carlos disappears.

She hears noises coming from inside the church and hides in a confessional. Carlos tells her to come out and when she won't he puts a chair in front of the door so she can't get out. He goes into the confessional next to her and says that the girl meant nothing to him. She asks what he means and he tells her that a he met a girl while Samantha was away and they had dinner.

He tells her that the girl wanted more than he was willing to give so she started calling him at work and stalking him. He apologized for having dinner with her and he said it was probably her who gave Samantha the note in hopes that the wedding wouldn't happen. Samantha tells him that Ruthie knew nothing about the note. He asks what she means and she tells him that she was given the note by mistake and that Carlos was supposed to be given the note, not her.

Dun dun dun!! What does it all mean??? Go take watch Fear Itself : In sickness and in Health and find out!!

Now, I have some stuff to say!!! Ehh...This episode was kind of boring. It didn't even get remotely interesting until the last like 10 minutes. I mean yeah, the ending was a total freaking twist and I never saw it coming, but the stuff leading up to it was a total snooze fest...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

And there was no cussing or nudity because I realized it was on NBC and of course there will be  no nekkidness or profanity...DUH!!! I kept bitching about the lack of boobs and swear words and then realized ohh hey, they can't put that on NBC. Anyway, I digress.

Overall I'd give In Sickness and in Health a 2 out of 5. I was gonna give it a 1.5 but because the ending was a total shock, I decided to give it a bump in the score. I would recommend it, but only for the total twist at the end.

Sasha Slaughter
There was a dead cat on a table, some heads in jars, and a bloody dead body in plastic wrap on a chair. Ohh and a guy wearing a wig, red lipstick and heels. I bet that got your attention. And since you're here, how about you check out Zane’s stuff. He likes it when you look at his stuff!!! I know these things.

MY CHEESIES WERE BETTER THAN THIS MOVIE!!! By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Ohh yes, it's that time once again creeps and creepettes!! Ready to have your minds blown by our awesomeness, yet again? Ok, so this week is going to be random stuff week. YAY!! That's my favorite really. It means I can do what I want and Zane can't boss me! Hahaha!! Whatever, whatever, I'll do what I want I'll...Ehh never mind. So in lieu of this being random stuff week, I'm going to be telling you about a movie called Dark Town. I bought a 4 pack of DVD's at Wal Mart (Man, I loves me some Wal Mart) and Dark Town was in the set. It was released in 2004 and was directed by Desi Scarpone and written by David Birke. And stars absolutely no one I know. So let's get it!

So basically it goes like this: It's Curtis Armstrong's birthday and his family wants to celebrate. With Curtis out of the house, the family decides to decorate. Curtis's son Curtis Jr. and his pregnant wife Ellen arrive to begin the festivities. The only people missing is Curtis (Who is a slumlord and is kicking squatters out of one of his properties. But little does he know that the squatters are vampires from Bosnia. And his daughter Jen, who is living with her lover named Lisa and avoiding her family at all costs). Meanwhile in the ghetto, Rakeem and his friends are cruising around when he sees his sister with a rival gang member. They pull up to get his sister Tisha when a local drug dealer named Cinque arrives. He wants money from Tisha's boyfriend and when he refuses gunshots are fired and everyone scatters. Cinque then calls Heather, Curtis Armstrong's daughter, to tell her he has some "green" for her to hide.

A little while later, Rakeem and his friends are hanging out in front of a building owned by Armstrong and Rakeem believes that Armstrong is responsible for the death of his younger brother due to his negligence involving a fire that killed him. All of the sudden everyone hears a scream and the gang rushes to investigate. They rush into an alley and find a man with no head. People were spreading rumors that the headless man was from Bosnia. When Rakeem hears on the street that Cinque is with Heather Armstrong, Rakeem decides to visit the Armstrong's to extract some revenge for the death of his brother. Meanwhile, back at the Armstrong's, the neighborhood is pitch black and no one can figure out why. Curtis has just arrived home but is acting very strangely and no one knows why. His wife and son ask why he is acting so strange and he tells them to take a sip from his thermos and they'll know why. (Spoiler alert..It's not booze or coffee...It's red and sticky).

Curtis orders his wife to go get Ellen, his sons wife. Sandy returns with Ellen and he puts his hand on her bulging stomach. Ellen immediately begins bleeding and Sandy takes her back to lay down. Heather goes out to the garage to smoke and her dad comes out and bites her neck. He then kidnaps Ellen and takes her to a field and pulls her baby out of her. Back at the house Curtis Jr. finds a duffel bag his father left on the bed. He opens it and finds a severed head inside. That's when the horror begins. Just then Jen and Lisa arrive for the birthday celebration. Rakeem and his gang run into some neighborhood do-gooders and are held at gunpoint. The gun goes off and hits one of Rakeem's friends. They take their friend into the Armstrong's home for shelter. Bad move. As soon as Rakeem's gang enter the house, Sandy starts vomiting blood and turning into a vampire and Heather is in her room munching on her boyfriend Cinuqe's insides. Curtis returns shortly after and forces Curtis Jr. to drink blood from Rakeems wounded friend.

The whole entire neighborhood is involved and almost everyone is turned into a vampire except for Rakeem. Curtis turned his daughter Jen and Rakeem rescued her. They spend most of the movie trying not to get bitten or killed. They run into a crazy alcoholic stripper with whom Curtis was having an affair. She tells Jen to change her because Curtis tried and it wouldn't work. Jen is trying to not give in to her vampire instincts but it gets to be too much and she changes the stripper into a vampire. Rakeem finds Jen turning the stripper and tries to leave. As he tries, the stripper tries to attack and eat him. Rakeem pins her down while Jen stakes her in the heart and then rips it out. Eventually Rakeem is bitten and turns into a vampire and joins Jen and her family in feeding on their victims.

If you wanna know what happens, go to Wal Mart or buy the set somewhere else. But if I were you, I wouldn't even waste the time. This movie was AWFUL! Omigod! That's 90 minutes of my life I'll never get back! The plot was horrible, the acting was atrocious, and the quality of the movie was just bad. At times it looked like it was shot from someone’s cell phone. And the movie was kind of confusing. Ok, I'll admit, on rare occasions it's kind of easy to confuse me. But on that particular night and on that particular occasion, I was not easily confused. Trust me, I'm a professional. There were few boob shots (Nothing to get a boner over) and some weird half naked French chick that was the supposed mistress of the father in the movie. She was weird and I couldn't understand wtf she was saying most of the time.

Most of the music in the movie was gangster rap, and there were a lot of gangster types in the movie, which Idk, really didn't seem to fit. I don't know how else to describe this movie other than it was a total pile of fuck (I stole that from Zane). The eyes were creepy and fangs were creepy, but even that wasn't enough to save this movie. Overall I'd give Dark Town a 1.5 out of 5. It was a terrible and ridiculous movie. It one of those movies where it was  so bad it was almost good. Some parts of it made me laugh because it was just so terrible. The absolute best part of this movie was the cheesies I ate while I watched it. True story. So now you know how I feel about that, how about you hop on over and see what Zane's got going on?? Thanks for stopping by!!
CHEESIES!!!

DON'T MESS WITH THE SQUATCH!! By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Hey there! We are at it again here at Dead End Horror. And we're back to bring you man vs beast week (Booo!). Zane gets to boss me again, so this was his brilliant idea, because he knows I don't like these kind of movies very much. But hey, what can you do?? If there’s anything I've learned about life, it's that there are always going to be times when you have to do something that you don't like. So, with that being said, I'll deal. Anyway!! I'm going to tell you a little about the movie Assault of the Sasquatch. It came out in 2009 and was directed by Andrew Gernhard.

Authorities arrest ruthless bear poacher, Terry Drake, in the state park and impound his truck. But what they don't know is that inside of his truck is the legendary Sasquatch. Back at the precinct where they take Drake to book him, the Sasquatch escapes hoping to get revenge on the poacher who took him from his natural habitat.

Drake and his two men are in the woods setting traps trying to find bears to kill and sell. They hear a loud noise in the woods and he tells one of his men to go see what it was. Shortly after he sees Sasquatch and shoots it with the tranquilizer. He tells them over the walkie talkies that he found it and that its huge. The officers sitting nearby hear him over their radio and decide to go investigate. They load Sasquatch into the truck and Drake calls a collector and tells him they caught something for his collection and asks for one million dollars for it.

It wakes up and tries to escape from the truck and Drake shoots it with more tranquilizers. He's quickly shutting the doors of the truck when the police arrive. They arrest him and take him to the precinct while one of the officers takes his truck back to the station. After they take Drake into the precinct, the Sasquatch escapes. It starts walking through the streets and looks into a window in some chicks house and sees her stripping and getting into the shower (His eyes get all wide and makes the funniest noise..omg! haha). He sneaks into her room and finds her bra and sniffs it before going into the bathroom and watching the girl shower. He's about to get a closer look when the girls dog comes into the room. The squatch gets agitated and stomps on poor fluffy and leaves. Two nerds, Don and Murph are running all over town asking people if they've seen the Sasquatch and freaking about being in the National Sasquatch Society. While the squatch was looking into the girls window they captured video of him on the girls roof. After they get the footage they freak out and decide to follow it.

Officers bring someone else into the precinct after they arrest Drake because the other station was full. As they are taking him back to the holding cells he sees officer Ryan Walker and tries to attack him. When Walker realizes that it's Talon, who was one of two people that broke into his home ten years earlier, he has a flashback of his wife and daughter in their house when his wife calls to tell him that someone broke in. He arrives at the house to find his wife dead and shoots one of the robbers. He realizes that the guy that was brought in was one of the intruders that was in his house whom he arrested. Talon starts talking shit to Drake and after a few minutes Drake offers to make a deal with Talon. He says that if Talon can get him out of there, Drake will give him a cut of the money he's going to make from selling the Sasquatch to the collector.

Just then Jessica comes into the room when she realizes who he is. She tells him that he ruined her life because his brother killed her mother. He tells her she deserved it because her father killed his brother. He tries to grab her through the cell bars when Jessica runs away. Officer Jameson walks in and sees him try to grab her. He grabs a hold of Talon and tells him to never touch her again. Talon looks at him and tells him made a big mistake and then stabs him in the throat with scissors. He takes Jameson's keys and unlocks his cell door. Drake asks him to let him out and Talon tells him no, that he has a score to settle. Just then they realize that the truck has been broken into. They go out to find the doors ripped open and a dead guy in the truck with his guts hanging out. They see the Sasquatch watching them from a few feet away. It starts running towards them and they run back into the precinct and lock the doors.

Just then Talon shoots the breaker box and the power goes out. The back up generators kick on a few moments later only to go back out when Talon shoots the generator. The emergency lights come on and Krystal, one of the officers, decides to check on Drake. She goes into the room of holding cells to discover that Talon is gone and Jameson is dead. Drake laughs and tells her that Talon has a little score to settle. A few blocks away Jessica's boyfriend Leighton calls to let her know that she left her wallet there and he is coming to return it to her. He notices someone is following him and turns around and comes face to face with the Sasquatch. He maces it and it runs away. A few moments later it comes back and starts throwing things at him. (Rocks, tires...anything it gets its hands on). Jessica hears Leighton calling for her and looks outside to see him standing in front of the precinct all bloody and banged up. He starts walking toward the doors when the squatch appears and grabs him and runs away.

They start hearing noises coming from the building. Jessica gets grabbed from the room by the Sasquatch. He drops her outside and starts sniffing her when Amy, the secretary at the precinct, comes out and throws a knife at it. She starts kicking it (Little chick has some mad squabbles...even it looked totally fake) and fighting it off with a police shield. He throws the shield aside and knocks her to the ground when Ryan comes out and shoots at it and they all run back inside. They decide to let Drake out so he can help them get out because he knows more about the Sasquatch.

They go into the evidence room in the basement to get weapons to arm themselves with in case they run into the Sasquatch. The two nerdy fucks run into the Sasquatch and start spazzing out when he kills the chubby one (Thank god he died! Ughh he was soo annoying). The other one tries to run but he impales him with a sign. Just then he sees Drake through the window and charges through the doors to get to him. Everyone is trying to fight him off with the weapons they got. The squatch gets stabbed and it slows him down enough for everyone to run. The Sasquatch leaves the precinct and Drake tells them that he is going to hide the bodies of the people he killed so no one knows anything is wrong. Ryan goes out to distract the Sasquatch while everyone escapes through a window and runs into an underground tunnel. He finally finds Drake and tries to attack him but he stabs it and gets away. The collector that Drake called arrives and exclaims that they've made a mess of everything.

Krystal and Jessica get out of the tunnel when Talon appears and stabs Krystal and kidnaps Jessica. He ties her to a chair in the abandoned warehouse and tells her that he was the one who killed her mother. Jessica's father appears and starts to fight Talon. Jessica uses a pocket knife to cut the ropes to free herself. Talon comes at her and she stabs him in the stomach. Drake runs past with the Sasquatch close behind. He stops when he sees Talon and breaks his neck and runs after Drake. The squatch finds them in a room but before he can attack, the collector shows up shoots it with a bow thinger. Jessica asks who he is and just as he's telling them he's their savior, the Sasquatch kills the collector. Drake starts running and the Sasquatch follows him. They start fighting and Drake shoots him with a nail gun several times. He then grabs a chain saw but the Sasquatch knocks it out of his hands. The Sasquatch presses a button and something falls from the ceiling and crushes Drake. Drake flips off the squatch and it rips off his middle finger and puts it on his necklace (Yes, Sasquatch was wearing jewelry). He leaves the room and sees Ryan, Krystal, and Jessica and then...

OH NO!! And then what?? Hop on over to Netflix and watch Assault of the Sasquatch and find out! Now, lets hear what I have to say huh??? Where do I begin??? This movie was sooo cheesy and so over the top. Seriously! It was a total campy B movie and it shows. Some of the scenes looked like they were shot with someone’s home video recorder. For real! The acting was horrible and over done. And Sasquatch had long hair and...a necklace?? Really? I highly doubt if you find a squatch in the woods it will be wearing jewelry. That was just strange. And Don and Murph ( I'm a sexy bitch Murph...look at me!!) were horribly annoying but definitely added comedy to the mix. I laughed and cringed every time I saw them. A part of me wanted them to shut up and die, but another part was like HA! THEY'RE FUNNY! The chubby one was just soo over the top and always freaking out. It was hilarious! But I must say, when they got offed, I was sort of relieved

Overall I'd give Assault of the Sasquatch a 2.5 out of 5. It really wasn't that great at all. I mean, parts of it were definitely entertaining. It had that sort of tongue in cheek quality you see in a lot of campy B movies. There was a brief boob flash, and a decent amount of blood, and a chick with no legs crawling from the tunnel, which was cool. I don't think I'd watch it again though. It's OK once, but anything more than that would be borderline torture! So, that's that. Now how about you go check out Zane's list of the best man vs. beast movies!! He likes it when you check out his stuff!
