MIND FUCK & ASBESTOS CLEAN UP BY: ZOMBIE ZANE

Hello Dead End Horror sheep that are fans of the McRib and cops stuffed into sausage shirts. What’s good? Before I get into today’s shit, I gotta take a second and tell you something. Are you guys into ‘American Horror Story’ as much as I am? HOLY FUCK! Whatta series! This is probably some of the best TV I’ve seen since ‘Six Feet Under’ or ‘The Sopranos.’ I can’t begin to tell ya how fucking awesome this show is. So if you haven’t seen it yet, set the DVR or do what ya have to do to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

So, with that being said, how about we get to today’s post? For today, I’m gonna be talking about one of my favorite horror movies of all time. Anyone seen the movie, ‘Session 9?’ No? What the hell! Why not? Well, I guess it’s time you kick back and gimmie a minute or two and let me educate your dumb ass. Just kidding. You’re not dumb. I mean you are reading this after all so you for sure get some props for that.
‘Session 9' is a 2001 American horror movie directed by Brad Anderson. It stars the goofy bastard from CSI Miami (David Caruso) and Josh Lucas. Plus a couple of more dudes that I recognized but am too lazy to type their names. Anyway, it was released on August 10, 2001 and runs just about 100mins. It’s also available on Netflix instant watch so you can totally watch it after you read this.

This film is about a asbestos clean-up crew who is hurting for some cash. Anyway, the crew chief says he and his crew can get this abandoned mental hospital cleaned up in a week. However, the crew run into something more than they bargained for. The asylum has a gruesome past and it will stop at nothing to fuck shit up. The crew then falls under the curse of the place and that’s when this bad boy gets rolling. Ya gotta see it. It’s great.

Now understand, this film isn’t gory. Not in the least. It’s not that kind of film. It plays more on the psychological level, ya dig? Which sometimes is far more eerier than blood-guts and deranged madmen slashing up young virgins. Not that there’s anything wrong with those films either. This is just not one of those. But that doesn’t take anything away from this movie. So if you are wanting a break from the blood and gore, this is a good choice.
As I said, I loved this film and it is one of my favorites. Like I give this movie a solid 4 out of 5. I’m not a fan of Caruso, he always looks like he’s smelling a fart or something. Whatever. Still, 4 out of 5. And the back story behind the asylum is damn near more fucked up than the actual movie. WARNING! This is one of those movies that you gotta listen to. If you talk, or fuck about while watching this, you’ll miss some good shit. So make sure you’re like prepared to watch, like REALLY watch it. With that said, we’re almost done here, so go give it a watch after you jump outta here.
Well, I guess that’s it for today. It’s the weekend so that means we won’t be back until Monday. Ok, then. Have a safe weekend, take care and stay a-scared and I am out! Peace peace and fuck off to the old-drunken, drugged out riddled freaks!

WELCOME TO THE PSYCHO WARD By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Hello Dead End Horror fans that continue to wait for us putout new shit. Well, on second thought, I guess it seems that most of you are amused by our take on the film, "Antichrist." Like, really? You haven't seen enough clit cutting or blood cuming? Well, to each their own. Anyway, this post was one that Sasha did on the film, "The Ward." Like I said, we're re-posting some old shit this week as Sasha and I work on the new layout and whatnot. We will be back on Monday though with all new shit. So until then, enjoy the clit cutting and blood cuming and we'll c-ya on the flip side. Peace out, your buddy, Zombie (GTH) Zane.

Hey! Sasha Slaughter here with you to satisfy your appetite for some horror. Today I'll be hitting you with some more randomness, isn't that great? Sure it is. Today I'll be telling you about a film called "The Ward". It was written by Michael and Shawn Rasmussen and directed by none other than John Carpenter. This is Carpenter's first full-length feature film since "Ghosts of Mars" in 2001. The film was released in theatres on July 8, 2011. The story revolves around an institutionalized woman named Kristen who is haunted by a mysterious and deadly ghost. Oooh creepy creepy! Let me tell you more about it!

The story begins in 1966 at the North Bend Psychiatric Hospital. A young patient named Tammy is attacked and killed by an unseen force during the night. The following day police get a call for a runaway and begin to search for her. They end up at an old farmhouse that a girl named Kristen has set on fire. Kristen finds herself bloody and bruised standing in front of the burning house with no recollection of how she got there. The police take her to the psychiatric hospital. She is taken to a place called "The Ward" and meets Iris, Sarah, Zoey, and Emily, the other girls who reside in the ward. She is given Tammy's old room and given medication to get some rest for the night. While Kristen sleeps, her blanket is pulled under her bed and when she wakes up to retrieve it she finds a broken charm bracelet.

The next morning she meets Dr. Stinger. He tells Kristen that she had the address of a farmhouse written on her hand when they brought her in. He then asks her about the fire and if she can remember anything. She is unable to recall anything and insists that she isn't crazy. Later that night, Kristen attempts to escape but is quickly caught by one of the orderlies and immediately returned to her room. Waking up in the middle of the night, Kristen catches a glimpse of a horribly disfigured person outside of her door. The next day while taking a shower Kristen is attacked by the disfigured person and upon telling the nurse, she is drugged and put through intense electroshock therapy.

The following day the girls have a therapy session with Dr. Stinger where Tammy's existence is mentioned by Kristen but is quickly dismissed by the doctor. Shortly after, Iris goes to see Dr. Stinger for what she believes is her last session before she is released. He uses hypnotherapy to unlock Iris' hidden memories. When the session is over, Iris is kidnapped, tortured, and killed by the disfigured person.

Concerned about Iris, Kristen confronts the girls and the staff about the disappearance but everyone refuses to talk. She finds Iris' sketchbook in her room and finds a drawing of a girl named Alice and another picture of a ghostly figure whom she recognizes as the person that attacked her. The name on the top of the page read Alice Hudson. Kristen removes the broken charm bracelet she found from under her mattress, she pieces together the letters and it spells ALICE. She confronts Dr. Stinger and tries to convince him that the ghost of Alice Hudson is haunting the girls in the ward.

Dr. Stinger dismisses the existence of the ghost and tells Kristen that she needs to find out the answers for herself. Later that night Kristen and Emily attempt to escape the ward, but their escape is discovered and the alarm is raised. Kristen makes it to the entrance of the hospital when she sees Alice's ghost and passes out. She wakes up the next morning in her room where Emily tells her that the orderlies caught her.

On her way to her final appointment, Sarah is attacked and killed by Alice's ghost. Kristen finds out from Zoey and Emily that all of the girls killed Alice because she hurt them and now her ghost is out for revenge. Emily has a break down and starts to slit her wrist, but ends up committing suicide with the help of Alice's ghost. Kristen plans one final time to escape and plans to pretend to take Zoey hostage so she can get out. Her attempt is eventually thwarted by an orderly and Dr. Stinger. Kristen is drugged and put into a straight jacket and locked in her room.

She manages to escape and takes Zoey with her. They run into the basement of the hospital where they find a service lift and Zoey goes inside with Kristen following her. Zoey is attacked by the ghost in the lift and is nowhere to be found when Kristen gets to the front of the hospital. The ghost chases Kristen throughout the hospital and Kristen manages to kill her. She returns to Dr. Stinger's office and finds a file on Alice Hudson, with details of her treatment including all of the girls names. Dr. Stinger enters his office and reveals to Kristen that....

What does this good doc have to say? Hop on over to Netflix and give "The Ward" a watch and find out! I liked this movie actually. Alot of the reviews said that it sucked and that this movie was Carpenter trying to be like Argento. I don't know about all that, but it was a decent film. It was low-budget, and the acting was decent. It wasn't an excellent film, but it wasn't horrible either. I loved the use of different camera angles and the music was haunting, which really gave a creepy, suspenseful feel to the film.

The film was interesting, but at times pretty slow, but for the most part it kept my attention throughout. It is a decent creepy psych-ward film that I would probably watch again. There were some parts that were generally creepy, such as when the ghost would appear out of nowhere and it would straight up give me the shocker!

I will not lie, I did jump a time or two. And the special effects of the ghost were great. She looked creepy and disfigured and when there was a close up of her you could see her skin literally crawling, it was soo gross! Overall I'd give "The Ward" a 3.5 out of 5. This was a cleverly written script about the effects of mental illness.

And I have to say, the end was a total surprise. It was the biggest twist of the whole movie. I was like OMG WTF?? Seriously. The build up of the film was great and I recommend this to any Carpenter fan. That's all I have to say about that, so stop on over and pay Zane a little visit, I'm sure he's got something gross going on!! Thanks for stopping by Dead End Horror.

EAT MY ASS BY: ZOMBIE ZANE

Hello Dead End Horror sheep that are fans of hot milk and stupid drunken behaviors. What’s good? Shit, it feels good to be back here doing what we do. Seems like it’s been a minute since I’ve talked to you about a movie. And holy fuck do I have a good one for ya today. So let’s cut out the foreplay and get to the shit, yes?

Today I’m gonna be talking about, “Jack Ketchum’s Offspring.” And you know if it’s Ketchum related, it’s gonna be graphic as fuck. Have you seen this one yet? No? Not to worry. Kick on back a minute or two and let me tell you all about it. I mean, what else do ya got going on?
“Offspring” is a 2009 horror film written by Jack Ketchum and directed by Andrew van den Houten. It stars Jessica Butler, Kelly Carey, and Holter Graham. This film is also part of the Ghost House Underground series. Not sure if this is available on Netflix instant watch, but I think you can do the DVD thing with it. Anyway, that’s all the particulars I got, let’s get to the plot and other shit.

THE PLOT AND OTHER SHIT: Basically, the plot breaks down like this...Two women are abducted by a clan of blood-thirsty cannibals (wait, aren’t all cannibals blood thirsty?) Anyway, it’s up to the local sheriff and a young boy to save the day. Neato, huh?
This film is one of my faves. I loved this movie! But I’m a fan of Ketchum so I’m kinda biased. His shit isn’t for everyone though. I mean, “The Girl Next Door” was a brutal watch. So is this movie too. The cannibal rape scene was rather disturbing. Not quite as much as ‘Girl Next Door’ but still. Not for the squeamish or the faint at heart. And if you aren’t into blood and gore, not the film for you. By the way, if you ain’t in to blood and gore, what the fuck are you doing here?

Anyway, this is a great horror film! I give this bad boy a 4.75 out of a possible 5. Plus it gets a solid 4.5 out of 5 on the gore score. Like I said, there’s flesh eating, gut eating, copious amounts of gory splatter and of course, some pretty graphic kill scenes. Not sure of the body count, but there’s enough killing to go ‘round. So if you are wanting some blood, guts, and murder, this is a great film for you. Zombie Zane  recommended, Zombie Zane approved.
Okay, sheep. That’s all I got for ya today. Be sure and check out what Sasha has going on. She may be in the midst of evading Miss Piggy in a Blanket, but I’m sure she has the time for you. So until tomorrow, take care, stay a-scared and I am out. Peace peace and eat my motherfucking ass stuffed sausage grease!  (Was that over the top? Too nasty? My bad.)

MUNCHIN ON SOME INNARDS By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Hey there Chesters!! Seen any stinky cops stuffed into a dress lately? Hope not! If you do, run bitch run!! Ok, anyway..Today I'll be doing another series review. I'll be telling you a little about Fear Itself episode 6 (but on netflix it's episode 8...whatev) New Years Day. Of course you all know if you've been paying attention that the series was aired on NBC in the summer of 08 and it was created by Mick Garris. And this episode is actually based on a short story called The Dead Time by Paul Kane. New Years Day was written by Steve Niles and Ben Sokolowski and directed by Darren Lynn Bousman. So let me tell you a little more about it.

Helen wakes up on New Year's Day with a wicked hangover, an empty bottle of pills, and half of a bottle of liquor on her bed. She hears alarms going off all over the city and soon learns of a cataclysmic explosion at a local power plant that has turned half of the population into zombies. Helen is looking for her roommate Eddie when she sees her neighbor Mrs. Pribble all bloody and banging her head against a wall. She turns to run when she sees Eddie. He collapses onto the ground and dies and Helen decides to get out of the building. Her friend Chrissie calls her and tells her to come to their friend James' place because it's safe. As Helen wanders around the city hoping to get to her friends, her memory of the previous night returns.

Hoping to distract her from the recent death of her brother, Helen's roommate Eddie invites her to a New Year's Eve party, and tells her that James, a mutual friend whom she is attracted to, will be there. At the party she finds her estranged best friend Chrissie, whom she had since lost contact with since her brothers death. Chrissie apologizes for not being there and Helen thanks for her being the only person at the party who truly cares about her. Chrissie starts acting strangely and starts to tell Helen something and stops. Later that night she runs into James and tells him that she loves him when the power goes out he tells her he will be right back.

She finds Eddie outside and tells him that she confessed her feelings to James. He tries to keep her outside and distract her and eventually tells her that James doesn't love her. He kisses Helen and asks her if it's obvious. She runs back to the party to find Chrissie and James kissing. She remembers the last part of the night the following morning when she finally arrives at James' apartment. She breaks down the door and finds Chrissie screaming. Just then James shoots Helen in the back and....

That's all I'm tellin ya and I'm not tellin ye anymore! If you want to know what happens, check out Fear Itself: New Year's Day. Yay! This was about my favortie thing! Imagine my excitement when I realized it about zombies...boner alert! I actually enjoyed this episode. There was no cursing, no nudity, nothing like that, but it didn't really need it. It had creepy zombies with neck problems (watch it and you'll know what I mean), blood, and intestines! What's not to like?

I will say though the end totally surprised me! I was wondering about the empty bottle of pills and why zombies never attacked the character of Helen....ok, I won't say anymore. But the plot twist really was great, I never even saw that coming. Overall I'd give New Year's Day a 3.5 out of 5.

The acting was pretty good, the zombies were decent, there was some blood and guts too! I think what made me rate it that high was the ending. It was actually kinda sweet in a twisted way. And hey, since you're here, how about you go and peep out what Zane has going on in his twisted corner of the blog? I'm sure you'll like it!

A JAPANESE MIDGET WITH SYPHILIS...WHAT WHAT?? By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Baaaaa!! Hey there sheep!! Did you miss us?? Sure you did. But Zane and I are back now, so don't you get to frettin. This week, and more than likely this month, will probably be random stuff. Ya know, whatever we feel like doing. Is that ok with you?? If not, too fucking bad. Our blog, our rules. And besides, you know how it is...we're professionals!

So today I'll be doing a little review of Masters of Horror episode 13: Imprint. I haven't done a series review in a hot minute or 6 right!!?? "Imprint" is the 13th and final episode of season one. It was directed by Takashi Miike, who is said to be "one of the most unsettling horror directors alive". We'll see about that!
The episode was scheduled to appear on TV but was shelved due to concerns about its extremely graphic and disturbing content. And Imprint was also based on a Japanese horror novel, with this version being the first uncensored episode to be available in America. So let's get to it.

Christopher, a Victorian era American journalist, is traveling through Japan in search of his true love, Komomo. She was a lost girlfriend whom he promised to rescue from her life of prostitution and bring to America. He lands on an island mainly populated by whores and their masters. He is solicited by a tout (a Japanese midget tout with syphilis to be exact). He asks about Komomo and she claims to have no knowledge of her, but asks Christopher to spend the night.

He requests the company of a girl, whom he saw hiding in the shadows. Disfigured and obviously disturbed, the girl tells Christopher that she has a closer connection with the dead than she does with the living. He asks about Komomo and where she is. The girl tells him that Komomo had hung herself after her love never came for her. Distraught, Christopher seeks solace in Sake ( a rice based alcoholic beverage for those of you who don't know) and requests that she tell him a bedtime story.

The girl recounts her past-her mother, who was a midwife, was forced to sell her to a brothel when her father died of lung cancer. She tells him that Komomo was the most popular girl there, and it made others jealous. She tells him of the time when the Madam's jade ring was stolen and how Komomo was tortured and forced to confess to the theft. After she suffered hideous and painful torture- her underarms were burned, needles were driven under her fingernails and into her gums- she tells Christopher that Komomo killed herself in shame and torment. He refuses to believe the girls story, telling her that Komomo would never have done that and demands to know the truth.

The girl starts telling her story again, this time her family is no longer happy or loving; her father was an alcoholic, and her mother was an abortionist. She was taken in by a Buddhist priest who molested her and inspired her obsession with hell. She again tells him that she was sold into prostitution, but she delivers a new version of the twisted fate of Christopher's beloved Komomo. Despite the kindness of Komomo, who befriended her, the disfigured girl stole the jade ring and planted Komomo's hairpin to frame her- and after Komomo was tortured, she killed her.

She then explains to him that she intended to save Komomo from hell: since Komomo would be doomed for having such an evil friend, and that only through betrayal could she sever the friendship and ensure Komomo a beautiful afterlife. Christopher desperately begs for the truth and believes something has been left out. The girl reveals a horrifying secret: her mother and father were actually brother and sister, and she was a product of their incest, but she wasn't the only one. Just then....

If you want to know the rest, I highly suggest that you watch "Imprint."  All I can say is WOW! I don't even know where to begin! This episode was just...insane. I think that the Showtime people were a bunch of bitches for deciding not to air it, but whatever. Director Miike literally shatters every taboo imaginable, from abortion to incest, and torture. I was a little disturbed by some of the content. I love horror and I love being grossed out, and this did it for me.

There was a Japanese midget with syphilis and half of it's nose missing, Japanese chick boobs (which were mostly nip if you get my drift) brain matter, and torture that made me squirm in my chair! I never looked away, but I wanted to a few times. Overall I'd give imprint a 4.5 out of 5. I mean, it was just all kinds of messed up. It was visually stunning, the use of colors and special effects were amazing, especially with the aborted fetuses, that kind of creeped me out a bit.

The acting was decent, although I had enough of Christopher (played by Billy Drago). He looked like a strung out cadaver and his acting was awful! What made "Imprint" great was the plot twists that came out of nowhere. I never saw half of this stuff coming!

It kept me interested, and grossed out, the whole way through. I think by far this is my favorite Masters of Horror episode. The director is one twisted man, but thank you for that hour of insanity Mr. Miike! So that's that, how about you go and check out what Zane's got going on?? It just might make you squirm too! And don't forget to stay away from smelly, KFC eating, ghost busting, sausage stuffed in a dress cops. Ewwwwwwwwww!!!

WE'RE BAAAAACK MOTHERFUCKERS BY: ZOMBIE ZANE

Hello Dead End Horror sheep that dress up like stinky cops and hang with backwood butt-fucks. Did ya think we weren’t coming back? Sasha and I decided after our taxing Halloween that we’d take the rest of the week to kinda recover. After all we did raise the dead and we managed to get in a lesbian witch orgy. So needless to say our Halloween was quite busy.

But we are back and we will have some good shit coming out to ya this week. Pretty much we're just gonna have some fun. I may decide to wear a purple thong and smear peanut butter all over my prone, naked body. Or maybe Sasha will wear a thong and smear peanut butter all over her naked body...Maybe we both will...But in any case, you are sure to be entertained.
I got some shit left over on my DVR from Halloween I may wanna watch and yap about, I also have a couple of movie sets that I haven’t opened yet and some of the films in there look pretty promising. So best I can tell you is just to stay tuned and check back throughout the week.

I guess that’s all I got for now. So until next time, take care, stay a-scared and I am out! Peace peace and gross, nasty KFC eating cop grease!
