5 OF MY MUST SEE MOVIES FOR HALLOWEEN! By: SASHA SLAUGHTER

Thanks for stopping by fellow freaks!!! Sasha Slaughter here with you for the final time this week and today I'll be listing 5 of my absolute MUST SEE movies for Halloween. I'm sure everyone has them..The movies you just have to watch to get into the Halloween mood. So let's quit with the chit chat and get to it huh??
Hocus Pocus- This film was released in 1993 and stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Middler, and Kathy Najimy. A young boy is trying to impress the girl of his dreams and accidentally reincarnates three witches. And here's something you may not know, Mick Garris was actually one of the producers. And don't hate cuz it's a Disney movie! I'm not a Disney kid, I don't belong to the Disney DVD club and I most certainly do not lay around and funk up the place while I watch Disney movies. Hmmph

Halloween- This film was released in 1978 and put John Carpenter on the map as a viable filmmaker. It stars Kyle Richards, Jamie Lee Curtis, Donald Pleasence, Nancy Loomis, and P.J. Soles. This movie takes us into the mad world of Michael Myers, who at a very young age stabbed his older sister to death. After being locked away in a mental hospital for many years, one night Michael finally escapes to return to his hometown to continue his killing spree
Night of the Living Dead- This zombie ridden film was released in 1968. It stars Judith O'dea, Duane Jones, Karl Hardman, Keith Wayne, and Judith Riley. As dead bodies return to life and feast on human flesh, young Barbra joins a group of survivors in a farmhouse hoping to protect themselves from the hordes of flesh eating zombies. Here's a little info, this movie was filmed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was directed by George A. Romero
The House on Haunted Hill- This remake (the original came out in 1959) came out in 1999 and stars Geoffery Rush, Famke Janssen, Taye Digs, Ali Larter, and Bridget Wilson-Sampras. Millionaire Stephen Price invites five strangers to the old Vannacutt Psychiatric Institute for the Criminally Insane to stay the night and survive. Anyone that makes it out alive the next day will get one million dollars. Shortly after they arrive strange things begin happening and people start to die
Thir13en Ghosts- This ghost fueled film was released in 2001 and stars Tony Shalhoub, Shannon Elizabeth, Matthew Lillard, and Rah Digga. Arthur and his two children inherit an amazing old house from an eccentric uncle. There's just one small problem, he's got ghosts trapped in containment cells in the basement, and they are out to annihilate anyone in their path.

Ooooh spooky spooky!!! I looove me some creepy Halloween films...don't you??? There are tons of creepy movies out there to watch during Halloween, and these are just 5 that I like to watch.
